To shop in our store, use the "Browse Catalog" button on the top
menu bar, or the links on the left and right columns to view the
products you're seeking.
Select the quantity of the items you wish to purchase and add
them to your cart by using
the "buy" button
next to the product.
Verify the items in your shopping cart. You may shop for more
items by clicking on "Continue Shopping" at the bottom of the cart
page. You may checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.
You may view the contents of your cart at any time by using the
"View Cart" button on the top menu bar.
Enter your shipping and payment information in the fields provided.
Click on the "checkout "
button to complete your transaction.
You should receive an email receipt with the details of your transaction
within an hour of your order.
Returns Policy
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped from our warehouse.
Once an order has shipped, it may be returned for a refund of the
purchase price as long as the returned item is in the original
condition and the item is received within 14 days of shipment.
Returns are not accepted on Knit Stick Lotion Bars for hygiene
reasons. Orders of electronic/downloadable products may not be
canceled or refunded. Individual items may have additional return
policies specified in the item description.

and request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns without
an RA will not be honored and not returned to you.

Please enclose a note telling us
- how you want us to handle the
return. We can exchange the item, issue a gift certificate, or
issue a refund via the original method of payment.
- why you are returning the item (wrong size, damaged in shipment,
etc.)
- the name and address where we should ship your exchange or
refund, and
- an email address or fax number where we can contact you with
any questions.

Be Still & Knit wants to make shipping online a convenient and
safe experience. Here's our credit card guarantee:
Our computer system safeguards all payment information that you
transmit to us while using our site. This includes your user name,
password, and credit card number and expiration date. We convert
your personal information to a code that is securely transmitted
to us.
If you discover that someone has fraudulently used your credit
card information as a result of an online purchase from Be Still
& Knit, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance
with its rules and procedures. If you do so, and your credit card
provider holds you liable for unauthorized charges, we'll reimburse
you for up to $50, the limit of your liability under federal law.
